Dee and I spoke of the possibility of a Psycedelic session

I requested A day in the life
and I am the Walrus by the beatles

now surely the Beatles total musical output hasnt all been progressive but

they are in my opinion the creators of the Genre'

even as solo artist John lennon was very experimental
and progressive with songs like #9 dream

George harrison even more so with things like
when we was Fab and many more

mccartney had stuff like admiral halsey -hands across the water  band on the run

I would argue if not Prog at least the early seeds of such
and well worth a spin from time to time

the idea Dee came back with was not to put the beatles into the playlist but Rather to do a Psycedelic Marathon

which I think is a great Idea!!!

but I still think they could be in the rotation
without sounding like a classic Rock station
if you pick the right songs

Abbey Road  side 2 might be a place to start.

She came in through the bathroom window ETC.

just an idear(idear=jonspeak)
