On The Move - Station Temporarily Offline

All,

I have just moved to a new apartment and as such, I am still waiting for the local Telecoms company to both activate the existing "domestic" telephone connection - which will provide me with my own, personal internet connection. But also, to come to my new apartment and install a second telephone line and socket for S.A.and SAM. As SAM has it's own, dedicated Business Internet Line - purely for running the audio stream(s) for S.A. Unfortunately, even though I was assured that this move would be "seamless" by the local Telecoms Company, I am still totally offline and awaiting the work to be done.

Please accept my apologies for the current downtime, however, I hope to have everything back and running as normal as soon as possible.

In the meantime, a Happy New Year to you all !

Thanks, folks.

I have a meeting tomorrow with my Relationship Manager from the local Telecoms Company as this situation has been outstanding for an unacceptable amount of time. Not only did I provide prior notice of my move, I obviously spend a large amount of money on a monthly basis for both my own, domestic use but SAM's dedicated Business Line for S.A.'s use alone.

Again, apologies for the downtime. Everything is technically in situ and "good to go" - I am now waiting for an engineer to come to my new apartment, install the second connection for SAM (and switch on my own telephone landline and internet connection !) and everything will be running again.

I will update as and when I have further information.
