About a disk you put a couple of days ago...
6th Sep, 2006 at 9:08pm

Hi there. I'm new to the forum so please feel free to move the topic if it's on the wrong section.

A couple od fays ago you aired a disc from Rick Wakeman. It was a version from Journey to the Centre of the Earth but it seemed to have some appearances of "special guests" performing some of the songs.

It would be possible to tell me exactly what version of the disk was?

Thanks.

Hi there The Bell and welcome to the forum !!

Easy question to answer.

The album you are refering to is 'Return To The Centre Of The Earth' by Rick Wakeman, released in 1999.

The album is narrated by Patrick Stewart and special guests include Justin Haywood, Ozzy Osbourne and Trevor Rabin amongst others.

Click Here for more information about the album including some reviews.

Click Here to buy the CD from Amazon.

Enjoy.

Oh my god... you know what's a funny coincidence? I happen to be a big fan of Star Trek: The Next Generation, and Patrick Stewart happens to be the Captain Jean-Luc Picard, the main role in the series...

OH MY GOD !!!

I'm also a trekkie (big time) and just heard that before on the radio station.  I'm rather new to prog rock so obviously didn't know about it and phoned DC saying

" oh my god oh my god It's Patrick Stewart !!!!!!!!!!!!

So cool
