Ah! Confessions of a Psychopathic Cowpoke by Mike Rudd and Ariel.
This got banned on Australian radio due to the psychopathic lyrics.
It has a great harmonica/guitar duet in the middle though.

C'mon! Garden of Frenzied Cortinas! Or And I'm Blue. Or Chicken Shit (another banned track), if you're brave.

Oh, and the album was nearly banned in its entirety due to the album cover artwork.
