Haven't been on the forum for a long time but really enjoying today's programme whilst ploughing through some very heavy paperwork.

The Beta band?! Nice one Dee - haven't heard that for a while but do believe it was SA that first put me on to them.

That plus the odd John Martyn song Cry

, and some Chris of course ( he's going to be fine ) is helping me through a really boring afternoon.
