Glad to see Carsten of Elleven posting over in the Introduction Area!

Currently playing track:

John Wetton and Geoff Downes - Overture (Paradox, Let Me Go)

Has anyone else noticed that the first few chords of this track closely follow those of a popular Chopin Prelude, one that's in C minor if I recall correctly (the piece was one of my recital pieces when I took piano as a child)?

So, one of my recent Amazon CD orders just came in the mail but I'm reluctant to give it a spin because I'm enjoying SA so much and don't want to miss anything here!

Correction/elucidation re: the photo I've posted above--that's the Minimoog Voyager, the current version of the Minimoog, on a separate stand on the right, and I don't know what that is on the same stand, directly above it; the rest of the equipment displayed is, I believe, all Serge modular...and here's a side view of the serge modular...quite striking

a bit off-topic but worthy I hope

Can - Cutaway

Have to say I really enjoyed this antic, bizarre Can track once again -- I'm tempted to leave it playing very loudly in a loop whenever I leave the apartment, just to spook the neighbors!

Here's a shot of the synth I'm using the most these days, the Roland Juno-D, a low-priced contemporary piece with nice unique if subtle character of its own and a great deal of versatility. Blessedly, a very low weight so I can get it around easily and safely despite some physical issues that I have. Reviews:
