All is now back up and running.

From some intial diagnostics, it appears that the new DDR stick that I added the other week is either incompatible with the exisiting RAM or is faulty. Either way, it has now been removed and I'll be keeping a close eye on SAM over the weekend to ensure that there aren't any further problems.
