Dear all,

The data centre routing protocol failed this afternoon in a manner that did not prompt the use of a redundant path.

It resulted in the loss of internet connectivity to one of the data centres main distribution routers. We were on one of the subnets that was affected by this.

As a result of the failiure and a precaution, the data centre disabled the protocol whilst they worked to resolve the problem.

The problem has now been resolved and full connectivity has been restored.
