Hi Alan,
The SQL server has a number of scheduled jobs during the course of any given day. Basically, optimising itself and checking the tables (amongst others) - there are several thousand queries sent to SAM everyday as and when a visitor to the website views the 'currently playing' information. As you've noticed, the drop-out of the 'currently playing' information didn't last very long but I'll investigate as to why this happened. Any of the scheduled jobs shouldn't affect the information that's displayed on the website. Apologies for any inconvenience. D |
