How about "Take that Grouville" by Hedley le Maistre. It's not really Prog but it makes me laugh my ass off.

I haven't personally heard 'Take That Grouville', although I'm sure it's a great song about a rubbsih Parish. However, I was sent this link the other day ... ;)

Grouville is due to be completely demolished, shag. They're going to build a new Virgin Galatic space pad there, and Senator Walker has got himself a free ticket to the moon. Hopefully, it's a one-way.
