Hi Max,

Indeed, there was a 'flutter' between 2:14pm and 2:22pm (GMT) today whereby the Source, SAM server experienced connectivity issues with the ShoutCast servers in London.

Apologies for the inconvenience, however, since the recent upgrade, problems such as this have been (and will continue to be) few and far between. If it's of any consolation - the 'uptime statistic' since the upgrade is 99.99998 % ... not bad really, even if I do say so myself. ;)

Sorry to hear that mate.

I've taken a look at the server logs and there haven't been any problems for quite some time. There was a very brief buffer (around 8 seconds worth) at 7:47am (GMT) today but other than that, everything's clear this end. Nobody currently tuned-in is experiencing underruns either. Strange.

All I can suggest is tuning-out and then tuning back in again.

Let me know if you experience any further problems.

I'm back, and thank god, just in time. If I missed Tigermoth I would've been gutted.

A re-boot has sorted it out.
