Yup, I'm aware of the problem with the song titles on the front page and a fix is in the pipeline. This problem doesn't affect the displaying of the song titles that appears in your media player when tuning-in.

I'll update as and when.

What would be the possibility of having the album title displayed either on the home page or on the media player.  A lot of music you play is new for me in one way or another and I would like to buy the CD, yet am not sure of its' title.

Possibly a link from the CD title to a site where the CD could be bought, would possibly create some small stream of revenue for the station so as to defray costs.

Just a thought and of course thank you as always for this wonderful station.

Yup, again this suggestion is still on the drawing-board and will take a bit of development / programming.

'Phase One' will include a total facelift to the website and forum although these will probably be at different times. The website being given a new look first as there is a new release of YaBB (the forum software) coming out soon. The website will then have the complete song title / artist but probably not the album title (this would involve manually going through and updating each song's ID v 3.2 tag) but will include (automated) playlist details being displayed. I hope to have this online by the middle of next month.

'Phase Two' will include your suggestion in full. Plus more. To be honest, this probably won't be online until the new year. Having album covers and details on the site, links to amazon or whoever is going to involve a 'proper' database, SQL driven software and some intensive work to get off the ground ... bear with me, it will happen. 8)

'Phase 1b' is now complete with the forum software having been upgraded to the very latest release - YaBB 2.1.
