Well, unfortunately, it's a going ... Daevid died today.

The mastermind behind all that zaniness of Gong.

Isn't it odd that today my recently purchased copies of "You" & Angel's Egg" arrived. What a fitting tribute, I reckon.

It's great to here tracks from both these albums getting regular airplay here on SA.

Very sad news, indeed. He had announced a few months ago that he was suffering from cancer and didn't wish to undergo 'endless rounds of treatment'.

Allen was a real pioneer.
