I'm delighted to advise that the annual service of the source, SAM server has now been successfully completed. As previously mentioned on many occasions, this has also included the installation of the brand new dual RAID Hard Drives and additional, extra RAM.

This will provide S.A. with far more storage capacity - over 1 TB in total - and allow me to add the constant CDs that I buy to the database, to expand and make the programming here at S.A. as diverse and as interesting as possible. Also, it will provide storage for our excellent DJ sessions.

As well as the installation of the dual RAID Hard Drives, I also updated and configured the numerous, other applications to their latest versions - MySQL, Firewall Software and the SAM software itself amongst others. The sum of these jobs is by no means a small task and has taken a considerable amount of time to achieve.

Finally, I would like to personally thank all of you who have contributed financially towards the two, new RAID Hard Drives - it's really, really appreciated.
